Service all-inclusive

A question we hear often is, "If I own a Festool tool which has been discontinued should I be worried that parts for it may become unavailable?" The answer is an emphatic "No!" Festool guarantees the availability of spare parts for 10 years after a tool has been discontinued. Just one aspect of the Service All-Inclusive package of offerings included with all of our tools. In fact, some Festools have even had advancements in their supporting accessories after being discontinued. The fleece bags for the CT 22 & CT 33 (dust extractors discontinued in 2010 which many of our customers still have in use) are an example of an item released after discontinuance of the tools they work with.

Durability

While our spare parts guarantee lasts 10 years after a model is discontinued, many parts are available much longer. For good reason. Festool tools last very long under normal conditions. Festool repair facilities around the world occasionally receive tools for repair which have been in use for over 50 years!

Discontinued parts availability is yet another reason why many of our customers would rather invest in a high quality tool instead of a "disposable" model.
